While I am taking part in my $50 a month spent on food grocery challenge, I will be documenting what I eat each week. Some people have expressed concerns that I can't possible eat enough on just $50 a month. I hope this type of documentation puts their fears to rest.
January 23
Breakfast/Lunch - tomato soup, grilled cheese sandwich
Dinner - dinner out with family - I had stuffed shells, salad, and rolls
January 24
Breakfast - cereal with milk
Lunch - leftover stuffed shells, roll, apple sauce
Dinner - pear/OJ/banana smoothie, toast with PB
January 25
Breakfast - roll (not nutritious, but it tasted good)
Lunch - my cousin gave me her leftover spaghetti from Sunday's dinner... it was my lunch today, roll, applesauce
Dinner - shrimp cake (crab cake but with shrimp instead of crab), salad, potato, milk
January 26
Breakfast - cereal with milk
Lunch - leftover shrimp cake, salad, potato
Dinner - PB&J, pear/OJ/banana smoothie, popcorn
January 27
Breakfast - cereal with milk
Lunch - chicken wrap with lettuce and tomato
Dinner - mushroom pasta, salad, apple sauce, milk.
January 28
Breakfast - cereal with milk, Cadbury Egg
Lunch - Scrod a la Foley, redskin potatoes, salad, rolls, cookies
Dinner - popcorn (My lunch was provided after a funeral. It was plentiful and filled me up. hence the dinner of only popcorn.)

Breakfast - toast
Lunch - clam chowder, OJ
Lunch - clam chowder, OJ
Dinner - curry noodles, salad, apple sauce, milk
